Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about coverage, pricing and how the linked library works. Still unsure? Ask us directly.
What is Juristway?
Juristway is an online legal research platform for Indian tax and corporate law. It brings together 42K+ judgments, 400+ Acts and Rules, 13K+ government releases and statutory forms, and links each judgment to the sections, rules and circulars it relies on.
Which laws does Juristway cover today?
GST is live now with case law, Acts, Rules, notifications, circulars and forms. Income tax, Company & SEBI, IBC, IPR, Competition are being added next and will follow the same linked structure.
What does “linked” research mean?
Every judgment on Juristway is connected to the provisions it interprets and the notifications or circulars it cites. From a judgment you can open the exact section, rule or circular in one click, and from a section you can see every case that has considered it, so you never leave the page to find the source.
How often is the library updated?
New judgments, notifications, circulars and orders are added as they are released by the courts, tribunals, CBIC and state authorities. Acts and Rules are updated whenever they are amended, with the amending notification linked to the changed provision.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account can start a 7-day free trial with full access to judgments, Acts and Rules, government releases, forms and the referencer. No card is needed and nothing renews automatically; when the trial ends you simply choose a plan if you want to continue.
How much does a subscription cost?
The Single plan is ₹2,500 / year, GST included, giving 1 year of full access (list price ₹7,500). Payment is one-time for the period: there is no automatic renewal.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is generated for every paid order and is available from your billing page as a PDF. Add your firm's GSTIN and state on your profile before paying so the invoice carries them.
Can I use Juristway on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Juristway runs in any modern browser with nothing to install. The site adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and your bookmarks, reading history and account work the same on every device.
Can I search without signing in?
You can browse and search the library as a visitor and see the list of matching judgments, sections and releases. Opening the full text requires a free account, which also lets you bookmark documents and pick up where you left off.
Who is Juristway for?
Chartered accountants, tax and corporate lawyers, company secretaries, in-house finance and tax teams, and students who need reliable, cross-referenced primary material rather than scattered PDFs.
